Terms and Conditions

 

1. Acceptance of Terms:

  • "By engaging the services of Barrington Enterprises LLC (hereinafter "the Company"), you (hereinafter "the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions."
  • "These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Company and the Client."   

2. Scope of Services:

  • "The Company will provide marketing services as outlined in the agreed-upon proposal or contract."
  • "The scope of services may include, but is not limited to, social media marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, email marketing, and advertising campaigns."
  • "Any changes to the scope of services must be agreed upon in writing by both parties."

3. Client Responsibilities:

  • "The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services."   
  • "The companies liability will be limited to the amount of money paid by the client to the company."

8. Termination:

  • "Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the contract."

9. Governing Law:

1. Introduction

Barrington Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our") provides marketing services that are customized and delivered based on specific client needs and agreements. Due to the nature of our services, which often involve strategic planning, creative development, and ongoing campaign management, our return policy differs from that of a product-based business.


2. Service Agreements and Contractual Obligations

Our services are governed by detailed service agreements and contracts. These agreements outline the scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms. Any requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds must be made in accordance with the terms of these agreements.


3. Cancellation Policy


  • Cancellation Prior to Project Commencement:
    • If a client cancels a project before work has commenced, a refund may be issued, less any non-refundable deposits or fees for initial consultations and planning.
    • The specific amount of any refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis and will be outlined in the client's service agreement.
  • Cancellation During Project Execution:
    • If a client cancels a project during its execution, any work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at the agreed-upon rate.
    • No refunds will be issued for completed work or expenses incurred.
    • Any remaining prepaid amounts, minus expenses, may be subject to a partial refund, as determined by the original contract.
  • Recurring Services:
    • For recurring services, such as monthly social media management or ongoing SEO, cancellation notices must be provided in writing within the timeframe specified in the service agreement.
    • Services rendered up to the cancellation date will be billed.


4. Refund Policy


  • Service Dissatisfaction:
    • We strive to deliver high-quality marketing services. If a client is dissatisfied with the deliverables, they must notify us in writing within [Number] days of receiving the deliverables, outlining the specific reasons for dissatisfaction.
    • We will make reasonable efforts to address the client's concerns and revise the deliverables as needed.
    • Refunds for dissatisfaction are considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
  • Errors and Omissions:

  • No Refunds for Completed Work:
    • Once work has been completed and approved by the client, no refunds will be issued.
    • Any expenses that Barrington Enterprises LLC has already incurred on behalf of the client are non-refundable.


5. Dispute Resolution


  • Any disputes regarding cancellations or refunds will be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the client and Barrington Enterprises LLC.
  • If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as specified in the service agreement.
